Shipping costs $5.90, free on orders of $0.00 or more. Free shipping from California. Delivered in 3 to 5 business days in the US. Orders ship within the United States with a tracking number sent by email.

Orders are packed by hand and usually leave our workshop within 1 to 2 business days.

Returns and refunds

60-day money-back promise: Wash with Ruth's Soaps for 60 days. If you are not happy, email Emily and she refunds you in full. Even if the bar is half gone.

To start a return or refund, email [email protected]. We will tell you what to do next. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or missing packages

If something arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo if you can. We will send a replacement or refund you.
